Thriftwood offers high quality developmental residential experiences for Princes Trust Teams, led by our most experienced Instructors and specially tailored to the needs of the group.
Over numerous years Thriftwood has delivered a number of high quality Princes Trust Team Award Residential Programs. They are so much more than a regular multi-activity stay. The newly developed programs comply with the Princes Trust Team Award ethos and its new syllabus whilst also offering opportunities for physical, social and emotional developments and discoveries.
Our tried and tested 5-day residential activity courses have been generated to help the participants reach the targets set by the new syllabus. Wherever possible we endeavour to work with the key aims of the Princes Trust and the attributes that help achieve them. Our target is to assist the participants in uncovering hidden talents, taking responsibility for tasks and actions, understand the importance of working within teams and the communication needed to make them function, and improving overall confidence and motivation.
