Centre
Manager: Colin Tilbrook
Colin has been working at the site for 5 years, as the Deputy Manager, and was recently promoted. A member of The Scout Association since a Cub, Colin has been involved in all sections. Prior to being the Centre Manager Colin was a GSL and Scout Leader with a local troop. Colin has many hobbies, including Archery and Kayaking.
There are five full time staff at Thriftwood:

- Sarah Tilbrook is Booking Secretary and Shop Manager
- Stuart Patten is the Deputy Manager
- Vikki Frost is the Site Assistant

Deputy
Manager: Stuart
Stuart (Stu) Patten is our Deputy Manager. He has been Scouting since a Beaver and is now an Assistant Scout Leader at a local Troop. He started as volunteer Service Crew over 9 years ago and has never left.
Site
Assistant: Vikki
Vikki Frost is our Site Assistant and has been with the site as part of the loyal Service Crew for over 8 years. A competent skills instructor, Vikki is equally at home on the range, wall or office.
Assistant
Manager: Alex
Alex Kerr is our New Assistant Manager. He is involved with a Scout Troop in Chelmsford and is a keen paddler. Alex is new to Thriftwood, but has years of experience working at outdoor centres in France. Alex is a BCU coach, so watch this space for new canoe courses!
Shop
Manager: Sarah
Sarah is the Shop Manager. She has been involved in Scouting since she was a Venture Scout. She has been a Scout Leader and Group Scout Leader, but is currently enjoying a break to raise a family.
