The complex has an extensive makeover in Jan 2010.

A New roof, lighting and carpets in the main hall. The leader's room now has ensuite. Now 9 rooms sleeping a total of 36, it is centrally heated and carpeted with a large dining hall, kitchen and toilets.

The main building is double glazed and linked to the New dormitory.

The kitchen (refurbished 2009) is equipped with a six burner double oven, fridge, freezers, microwave, double sink drainer, all necessary cooking utensils, stainless steel preparation area, storage cupboards and shelves shelves with ample worktops. Personal plates and cutlery provided, losses and breakages will be charged at cost.

Toilet rolls are now provided.

Cleaning of the building, carpets, oven, work surfaces, utensils and equipment is conditional on all hirings. Users failing to leave the building in a fit state may be surcharged up to £100 for failing to clean. Cleaning materials provided.

The main hall has 10 folding tables, chairs for 36.

A New grassed area to the side and rear is currently being made for 2011 season. Please see drawing for details.
